Please cloud revisions. · Also, there is a memo in the file from Grace Architects dated 11/26/07 that states the sidewalk corner ramp has been revised in coordination with the City of Edmond’s Engineering Department. I did not see any clouded revisions or notable changes. Was the corner ramp revised? 3.1/2/08 comment - The DCDA vault, per City standard details E7.8 and E7.8.1, is intended for application on the exterior of the building. The proposed location, as shown per the Architectural plans, is on the interior of the building. The vault will not be approved in the proposed location. Some of the concerns with this application include: lighting, drainage, replacement and accessibility. Please revise the plans to show a configuration similar to what was originally approved or with the vault location on the exterior of the building on private property. 2/25/08 – Sheet C3 – The Double Check Detector Assembly (DCDA) vault has now been shown · on the exterior of the building – thank you. However, the RPBA’s for domestic and irrigation lines have also been shown to be located within the vault. The sizing of the vault per standard detail E7.8 provides allowance for the DCDA only. The backflow assemblies on the domestic and irrigation lines are to be located outside of the vault. Please show, revise or provide the following: a)1/2/08 comment - Show separate lines to each kitchen facility for connections directly to the the sanitary sewer line and connections directly to the grease interceptor. The only waste lines connected directly to the sewer at this time appear to be the bathroom facilities. 2/25/08 – Waste lines were not shown to the kitchen facilities. The details of the plumbing · system will be reviewed under the plumbing permit. b)1/2/08 comment - Show the connection of the outfall line from the grease interceptor to the 8” sewer line within the building. 2/25/08 – The outfall line has been shown. Where there are 90 degree bends in the line a · cleanout is required. Please revise the plan accordingly. c)1/2/08 comment - The sewer line for the new public restrooms and the existing tenant spaces on the south end of Old Milltown run through the same area as the proposed sewer line to the grease interceptor. Provide invert elevations and additional information as needed to show there is no conflict between these lines or revise the plans accordingly. 2/25/08 – Invert elevations were not provided on the sewer line for the public restrooms · and the south mall tenant spaces. Also, please provide invert elevations for the sewer and storm pipe where they cross each other at the SW corner of the building. See also comment #11 below. 5.Sheet C2 – Revisions are being made to the parking lot as shown by the clouded area. Please callout the specific architectural plan sheet (A1.0.2 ? ) that is being referred to for details on the revision. 6.A pedestrian aisle has been shown from the building to the driveway approach. The pedestrian aisle terminates in the actual driveway approach, which is not acceptable. Please remove the parallel parking stalls and shift the pedestrian aisle to the west to be located outside of the driveway area with the ailse terminating at the sidewalk on Maple Street. 7.Sheet C3 - The RPBA on the domestic service is to be located above ground in a hot box per standard detail E7.11 or on the interior of the building per standard detail #7.10. The RPBA cannot be located in the DCDA vault. 8.Sheet C3 - An RPBA is not required on the irrigation line unless there will be chemical injection. A Double Check Valve Assembly can be used with a typical irrigation system. Please refer to City standard detail E7.7. The backflow assembly on the irrigation line cannot be located in the DCDA vault. 9.Sheet C3 – The valve cluster and water line locations are to be shown on the Site Plan. 10.Sheet C3 – The FDC location is shown in it’s original location on the Site Plan. Please show the FDC and PIV in the revised location. 11.Sheet C3 - Is it possible to lighten the line type for the storm system shown on the Site Plan? The complete storm system is shown in bold line type on Sheet C1. On this sheet it is very difficult to see the sewer line for the new public restrooms and the south mall as several lines cross each other at this corner of the building. 12.Sheet C4 – Please reference standard detail E7.18 for valve cluster connection instead of E7.18.1. 13.Sheet C4 – E7.11.2 – Semi-Buried RPBA is not applicable to this project. Please reference standard detail E7.11 – RBPA in a hot box or E7.10 for interior installation. 14.Sheet C4 – On detail E7.8, please call out the specific size vault to be installed with this project. 15.A1.0.3 Encroachment Site Plan. This site plan was resubmitted, but I do not see any clouded revisions pertaining to encroachments. Were any changes made with regards to encroachments? 2 of 2 DATE E-MAILED 2/26/08 PAGE(s)
