Please cloud revisions. Also, · there is a memo in the file from Grace Architects dated 11/26/07 that states the sidewalk corner ramp has been revised in coordination with the City of Edmond’s Engineering Department. I did not see any clouded revisions or notable changes. Was the corner ramp revised? The location of the grease interceptor revision has not been clouded and a response was not · received pertaining to the corner ramp. Please respond to comment. Also, please verify grease interceptor vault is shown to scale. 3.Thank you for revising the plans to show the DCDA and vault on the exterior of the building. Per standard detail E7.8, the vault shall be 6-feet wide x 11-feet in length. The vault has not been shown to scale on the Site Plan or the Partial Utility Plan. Please revise as required. Please also refer to comment #14 below. 4.The civils have been revised with regards to the grease interceptor location. Please show, revise or provide the following: a)Information only: Plumbing system details, interior of the building, will be reviewed under the plumbing permit. 1 of 2 DATE E-MAILED 4/14/08 PAGE(s) Old Milltown - Renovation b)Show the connection of the outfall line from the grease interceptor to the 8” sewer line within the building. Cleanouts have not been shown or called out as requested. · c)A review comment was sent requesting invert elevations be provided on the sewer line that serves the new public restroom where it is located in the vicinity of the sewer line proposed for the grease interceptor. The information requested is required, but will be deferred to review of the interior plumbing plan. 5.Sheet C2 – Revisions are being made to the parking lot as shown by the clouded area. Please callout the specific architectural plan sheet (A1.0.2 ? ) that is being referred to for details on the revision. A1.0.2 has been referenced, but A1.0.2 has not been updated to reflect the parking lot revisions. A2.1, · A2.1.1 and A2.2 also need to be updated. Please refer to comment #6 below. 6.A pedestrian aisle has been shown from the building to the driveway approach. The pedestrian aisle terminates in the actual driveway approach, which is not acceptable. Please remove the parallel parking stalls and shift the pedestrian aisle to the west to be located outside of the driveway area with the ailse terminating at the sidewalk on Maple Street. Sheet C2 has been redlined to show the parallel stalls adjacent to the alley with the pedestrian aisle · in between the parallel stalls and the perpendicular stalls. Please resubmit this plan sheet as well as sheet A1.0.2 with the following changes: a) Remove parallel stall number 1, the northern most stall. b) Clearly show white perimeter striping around the parallel parking stalls. The yellow Fire Lane striping shall be shown adjacent to the east line of perimeter stall striping. c) Dimension pedestrian aisle. d) The ADA curb ramp at the southwest corner of the alley and Maple Street shall be revised so the pedestrian aisle adjoins a flush landing at the curb ramp. The ramp itselft will need to be shifted to the west to accommodate this. 7.Sheet C3 - The RPBA on the domestic service is to be located above ground in a hot box per standard detail E7.11 or on the interior of the building per standard detail #7.10. The RPBA cannot be located in the DCDA vault. Detail E7.10 has been referenced on this plan sheet, but detail E7.11 has been provided on sheet · C4. The RPBA being installed is actually 3” and for this reason detail E7.10 is not an option (sorry for missing this last go around) and you will be required to install the RPBA in a hotbox. You may want to discuss this requirement further with Linda McMurphy to see if there is an acceptable interior installation for a 3” RPBA. 8.ok 9.ok. 10.ok 11.ok 12.ok 13.ok 14.Sheet C4 – On detail E7.8, please call out the specific size vault to be installed with this project.
