The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items have been
addressed/corrected. Please resubmit 3 sets of revised drawings to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator.
1.The sewer stub location does not match that on the short plat drawings. Provide an as-built copy of the civil site plan
with current locations of water and sewer to the lot.
2. How does driveway drain to cb?
3. Indicate the length of the infiltration trench.
4. Add a note to the drawing that the infiltration system shall be installed per the engineers design.
5. Show footing drain location and where they connect to.
6. Show downspout location and connection point to the system.
7. Show existing contours.
