Dear Applicant,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
Tree Replanting Plan:
1. Per the Director, thirty (30) new trees shall be planted on lots 1, 2, and 4 prior
to approval. Note that the minimum height for evergreen trees is 6 feet and that trees must be similar
in species to the trees that were removed. Please revise the “Tree Cutting Plan” you submitted to
show the trees that were removed, the additional trees you would like to remove, and the trees you
will replant.
Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents
(affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to
the Development Services Permit Coordinator (JoAnne Zulauf) Monday through Friday, 9am to noon or
