The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items have been
addressed/corrected. Please resubmit 3 sets of revised drawings to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator.
1. Original comment #1: Provide an as-built copy of the civil site plan with current locations of water and sewer to the
lot. It appears the water service location on the resubmitted site plan still does not match the location shown on the
short plat civil site plan.
