Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a Permit Coordinator. 1)Reduce plot plan is not scaled 1”=20’. Please submit new reduced plot plan scaled 1”=20’. 2)For proposed garage “attached” to Manufactured Home provide section detail to show how both roofs will be connected including flashing, drainage, etc. If garage is not completely free standing or self supported then approval from Labor and Industries will be required. 3)Specify garage/dwelling separation on the plans for the proposed “attached” garage. Minimum ½” sheetrock required on garage side of wall and 5/8” type X on the ceiling when there is habitable space above and minimum 20 minute rated or 1 3/8” solid core door. 4)Specify to what extend the detached shop/office will be finished (i.e. heated, sheet rock, insulation, etc.). If structure will be heated show insulation on section view (R-38 ceiling, R-21 wall, R-10 under slab) and show on the floor plan how it will be heated. Also, will the garage doors remain? 5)Provide separate section views and floor plans specific to each structure.
