During re -review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.

2) Manufactured Home floor plan and elevation views show over ramin . Pleasespecify if this
comes with the home or if you will be over framinff the garage onto the manufacture home. if
this is the case then approval from Labor and Industries will be reauired. Section view
provided was unclean Please clarify. Still need section view. For proposed garage "attached" to
Manufactured Home provide section detail to show how both roofs will be connected including
flashing, drainage, etc. If garage is not completely free standing or self supported then approval
from Labor and Industries will be required.
