Project: Sutton Porch Roof
Project Address: 1228 9`11 Ave N.
During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) East property line looks like it was cut off the site plan. Please show East property line on the
site plan.
2) Provide dimension on plans in order to verify spans of beams, joists, etc.
3) Label rafters, beams, etc. on the framing plan.
4) Show location of posts on the framing plan to verify how all loads are being carried to bearing
and span of proposed beam.
5) Expand section view to show foundation support under the posts. This detail may need to be
transferred to another sheet to clearly show all information. Also specify post to beam and post
to footing connectors.
6) Clarify framing around proposed skylight.
7) Specify size and spacing of ledger lag screws.
8) Note proposed sheathing and roofing material on the plans.
9) Specify slope of proposed roof. Code minimum is 2%.
