During re -review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.

2) It ism understanding that the dark shaded walls on the manufactures truss layout sheet
indicates bearink walls. The latest layout sheet Provided „(via email todav) still does not reflect
the actual house layout shown in the other plans submitted i.e. covered porch vs exterior
house wall Provide revised truss en ineerinpacket to depict actual construction and i an
trusses are supported by postlbeam construction add this information to the framing plans. It
is still unclear how all loads are carried to bearing. Provide general floor plan with all
applicable framing information for the house and covered deck (i.e. bearing walls, posts,
beams, etc.). For example according to the truss layout and spec sheets T14 is a gable truss -
how is this being supported? Provide beam calculations for all proposed or existing beams
supporting new truss roof. Existing side covered deck does not appear to be covered with new
trusses. Provide general framing plans for porch to show how all loads are being carried to
bearing (posts, beams, joists, rafters, etc.).
