Project Address: 55 Pine Street
During re -review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please submit written responses to the comments below, including
where changes can be found on the plans, and 2 sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) to
Marie Harrison, Permit Coordinator.
1. Sheet M4.0 shows no deck above GEF -1, while Sheet M2.1 does show a deck above GEF -1. Please
coordinate. If the outlet will not be completely under the deck, then it must meet the 10 foot minimum
distance to building openings in the dwellings above (currently scales to less than 10 feet) please
dimension.
2. GEF -2 will be within 10 feet of building opening for the dwelling unit above. There is no deck overhang
shown in this area (Sheet M2.1); however the elevation view (Sheet M4.0) shows it under a deck. Please
coordinate. If the outlet will not be completely under the deck, then it must meet the 10 foot minimum
distance and be dimensioned.
3. GEF -3 is also not under a deck and scales to less than 10 feet to building opening(s) in the dwelling unit
above. Dimension the minimum 10 foot distance on the plans or place completely under the deck.
