During.re-review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) On the revise plans submitted the beam in the laundry room was changed to say GLB. Please
specify which size of GLB and provide calculations.
2) Note on foundation plan at the covered porch now says LUS-46 per SDA. Hanging beams off
posts does not meet conventional construction. Provide calculations from EOR.
3) Detail 9/S 1.0 was redlined to 6" footing width. Engineered Stamped plans can not be changed
without a letter from the EOR. Please provide letter from EOR or removed redlines.
