Project: Dawson Realty -- Revision to Site Plan
Project Address: 22815 Edmonds Way
During review of the revision for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please submit revised plans/documents to Marie Harrison, Permit
Coordinator.
1. The plan submitted is labeled "landscape plan". The Building Official's letter dated 10/11/06
requests that a true and accurate as -built site plan of the property be submitted, since exterior
improvements have been made to the property that are not shown on the site plan. This must
still be submitted, or the "landscape plan" altered to meet the minimum site plan as well as
landscape plan requirements.
2. The revised site plan is missing required information:
a. Label and dimension new entry porches/decks and exterior stairway
b. Provide detail reference to accessible parking stall (3/A)
c. Dimensioned size of trash enclosure
d. Parking lot directional arrows
e. Accessible ramp/walkway
f. Dimension eaves
g. Height of new fence appears to vary with the slope of the site. Note the height of the
fence at the down slope areas.
h. Show steps at raised patio area. Provide detail showing rise (max 7"), run (min 11 ")
and handrails on both sides of the stairway. Show height of handrail above tread
nosing and grippable cross section. TBC 1009
3. Apply for a fence permit for the new fence. Please contact Marie Harrison, Permit Coordinator.
