During review of the above noted revision, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications are needed. PIease redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised plans/documents (affected
sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items to a Permit Coordinator.
1) The revised plan shows (2) 2x12 per R502.5. Please provide actual beam calculation taking tributary
area into account as was done in original calculation for the originally approved GLB.
