During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) In the detailed written description of work #3 it says wall may be either removed or made
smaller. Provide general 2nd floor framing plan to show that this wall is non-bearing.
2) #5 in the detailed written description of work is for a new opening. Also show on the floor
framing plan that this wall is non-bearing and proposed framing will need to be shown on the
plans.
3) Also bid does not show material costs for the above two items. Please provide current bid
including these items.
