Charlie,
We received additional shop drawings and inspection reports on Monday and are still waiting
for the following items before a framing inspection can be scheduled:
• Item 1d of city letter dated 11116106: Still need MTC special inspection report for the 2
remaining items noted in their report 19158 dated 11115106.
• Item 4a and 4b of city letter dated 19196106: Still need surveys for setbacks and height
(see referenced city letter for more information).
In the GeoGroup NW special inspection report dated 11/27/06 pages 3 through 5, the rockery
issues noted must be resolved in a timely manner. However this will not hold up the framing
inspection. It appears these rockeries may occur in areas that were not approved on the site
and civil plans. The Engineering Inspector will be contacting you to investigate this issue.
