corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) 11/30/06 Reduced site plan provided does not match current site plan (Chan, -es -covered
porch, retaining wall height, etc.) Please provide reduced site plan that matched current plan
an ale. 11/20/06 Need reduced site plan no larger than 8 Y2" x 14 and scaled 1 "=20'. Also
show new cover over existing deck (SW corner). 9114/06Label covered porches on the site plan
and specify if existing or proposed.
