During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.Per the Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC) section 18.05, all new or extended utilities shall be
undergrounded. The plans submitted October 16, 2006 shows a portion of the new power and telco being
placed overhead, attaching to an existing fence. This does not meet code requirements. Please revise so that
all new utilities are underground.
2.Please revise the traffic control plan to include a dimension for the travel lane widths for north and
southbound vehicles during the construction. The plan provided is not to scale so the minimum 10’ lane
width cannot be verified. Please verify actual lane widths and resubmit the TCP including this information.
Three copies of the TCP are required.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
