During re -review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator,
1) This needs to be labeled on the site plan and response says it is to access the pool equipment.
A separate permit is required for a swimming pool. Please show on site plan and submit
separate site plan. Specify what access door at the rear of the unheated shop is access for? 7s
this space under the deck completely open or is it enclosed (i.e. crawlspace).
2) Response says see detail AD.1 but all the was provided is a 8 % x 11 of the foundation plan
referencing detail AD.1. Please provide detail. Provide typical wall section for proposed
enclosed walls from foundation through deck area (show foundation, rebar, anchor bolts, wall
framing, etc.).
