During re -review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed.

5) 1217106 Retaining wall is still not shown and side walk is not clearly shown. Also 2arage
addition is still not shown sticking out farther than existing 2ara2e. Please add this
information to the plans. 11/20/06 Still need. No response given. Still need cross referenced
on the site plan. Currently the sidewalk and retaining wall are not shown on the site plan.
Also on the site Plan accurateIV show addition size and location as well as all distances to the
property line. Site plan shows L-arake addition even with the existinE, karape but the plans
show that it sticks out about 2.5 feet. Still need Cross reference the retaining wall detail
location on the plans as well as the site plan.
