During review of the above noted revision, it was found that the following information, corrections,
or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised plans/documents
(affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items to a Permit Coordinator.
1) Provide revised later calculations from Engineer of Record for revised shear walls.
2) Foundation plan on sheet 5 does not meet revised foundation plan signed September $th and
stamped by the Engineer of Record. Please coordinate plan or have Engineer of Record review
new plan and stamp and sign.
