During re -review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) 12/13/06 Retaining walls still do not match between the small and large site plans. PIease
coordinate site plans and clarify what is existing and what is proposed. 11/30/06 Reduced
site Plan Provided does not match current site Plan (changes -covered norch. retaining wall
heights etc.) Please provide reduced site Plan that matched current plan on file. 11/.20/06
Need reduced site plan no larger than 8 Y2" x 14 and scaled I "=20'. Also show new cover over
existing deck (SW corner). 9/14/06Label covered porches on the site plan and specify if existing
or proposed.
