During review of the above noted revision, it was found that the following information, corrections,
or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised plans/documents
(affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a Permit Coordinator.
1) Since you are adding a bedroom and this is an approved Adult Family Home, provide revised
floor plan for entire house showing all required information in our Adult Family Home handout
attached (i.e. exiting, room designations and dimensions, smoke detectors, egress, etc.).
2) Existing plan on file showed a proposed bathroom and new plan does not show this. Will the
bathroom be removed? If not, please show on floor plan.
3) Provide typical wall section for proposed interior wall (Le. 2x4 at 16" o.c., top and bottom
plates, etc.).
