During re -review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) Please specify floor and exterior wall insulation r -values for basement. Minimum wall
insulation is R-21 and floor R-30 or R-10 under slab. If these can not be met then a component
performance analysis must be completed. Component performance analysis forms can be found
at www.energy.wsu.edu.
