During re -review of the above noted revision, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline pians or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items to a
Permit Coordinator.

2) Per my correspondence (phone and fax) with Wendell Reed, PE the revised approved
foundation plan approved September 8, 2006 is the latest approved plan by him as well.
Please build per this approved plan or provide revised stamped plan from Engineer of Record.
Foundation plan on sheet 5 does not meet revised foundation plan signed September $th and
stamped by the Engineer of Record. Please coordinate plan or have Engineer of Record review
new plan and starnp and sign.
