During review of the above noted revision, it was found that the following information, corrections,
or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised plans/documents
(affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items to a Permit Coordinator.
1) Hobby room has a closet therefore it is considered a sleeping room and must have a smoke
detector and complying egress. Either completely remove closet or provide complying egress
window/door. If openings are made in shearwalls provide revised engineering stamped and
signed by Engineer of Record. Also note, egress openings can not open into garage areas.
