Dear Mr. Leren,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
Height Calculations:
1. Please revise the height calculations on both the site plan and update the plans
(sheet 2) accordingly. It appears that the elevation points provided for the height calculations do not
create a rectangle – please move point “D” further south a bit to line up with point “C” and the
southernmost wall. Redlining the corrections is acceptable.
Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents
(affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to
the Development Services Permit Coordinator (JoAnne Zulauf) Monday through Friday, 9am to noon or
