The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items have been
addressed/corrected. Please resubmit 3 sets of revised drawings to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator.
Sheet 4
1. Provide grading quantities.
2. Construct a sediment trap for temporary 8” storm stub to cb 15.
Sheet 4G
3. Temporary rock lined interceptor swale shall also be visqueene lined to minimize muddy water into the cb’s.
4. Suggest placing an acp berm east side of loop road to keep pavement runoff from entering the site.
Shee 4H
5. All X-sections details that have 1.5:1 final grade slope: Need letter from Geo-tech approving less than 2:1 slope.
6. X-section EE: The slope of the finished grade between building and loop road is steeper than 2:1. Needs some
sort of retaining structure keep erosion off the road and to insure final grade is 2:1 max.
