During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.Please provide a site plan or revise the awning profile to clearly indicate the property line.
2.The insurance certificate shall be revised to include the following:
The City of Edmonds is to be named as an additional insured. An Additional Insured Endorsement (State
or Political Subdivions – Permits Relating to Premises) has been provided. However, the requirement to
name the City as an additional insured is not for items permitted on the premises, but rather for placement
of objects within the City right-of-way.
The City of Edmonds Engineering Division shall be stated to be a Certificate Holder. Please also
reference Street Use Permit #eng20070005 on the policy.
Personal & Advertising Injury coverage shall be a minimum of $300k.
Property Damage coverage shall be a minimum of $100k.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Theresa
