During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.2/9/07 – A patio exists between the house and the carport. Please show the patio on the site plan. Also,

existing and proposed (constructed prior to permit) driveway and parking areas.
