During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.Please submit a traffic impact analysis for this project. Please refer to City handout #E82 for traffic impact

analysis requirements. The handout is available on the City’s website at under the
Engineering Division of the Development Services Department.
Under Item Number 7, Mitigation Recommendations, please state the previous use of the building and

assess an impact fee for this use accordingly. Please also state the proposed use of the building and
assess an impact fee for this use accordingly. The impact fee required for this project will be the
difference between the previous use and the new use.

2.Please revise the site plan to show accurate street names. Front Street should be labeled as SR-104. 2
Street should be labeled as James Street.
