During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) Per picture on Snohomish County Assessor's website (see attached) there is a garage door in the
area marked existing kitchen/dinning room and bedroom area on the plans. Also elevation views
do not match the picture. I was unable to locate permits to convert existing garage into habitable
space. Please provide copy of valid permits or submit plans for the remodel of this area into
habitable space (i.e. section detail with insulation values, floor plan, etc.).
