The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items have been
addressed/corrected. Please resubmit 3 sets of revised drawings to Theresa Umbaugh, Permit
Coordinator.
1.Provide table of fixtures, flow rates pump sizing calculations. Each pump inside the duplex pump station
shall be sized to handle the calculated peak flow rate.
2.Please provide manufacturers specs on proposed sewage pumps. Spec data needs to coincide with curve
data provided.
3.Detail provided on Duplex sewer pump system is not consistent with drawings.
72 tank height & 36 diameter tank is specified. Plans indicate tank will be 60 high & 42 diameter.

2 discharge pipe is specified. Plans indicate 3 discharge pipe.

4.Provide float level requirements.
5.Provide lowest elevation of plumbing fixtures (measured from trap) to be served by ejector system.
6.Provide invert elevations of sewer inlet and outlet at the pump station.
7.Indicate pipe material. Force line on exterior of building shall be a minimum of 2 High-Mol (200 psi).
8.Provide a cleanout on the gravity line between the building and the grinder pump station.
9.Show location and type of alarm to be used.
