The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items have been
addressed/corrected. Please resubmit 3 sets of revised drawings to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator.
1.Provide manufacturer’s data, including curve data for the grinder pump.
2.What is the size of the pump?
3.Add a legend identifying the numbered notes for the grinder pump on sht M5.01.
4.Provide elevations for the on/off and high alarm marks and the top of the tank.
5.Need information on the concrete anti floatation foundation. Refer to the City Handout #75 for
requirements and design criteria.
6.Waste up pipe size on detail differs from that on plan view sht M3.01.
