Thank you for a very thorough resubmittal.
The additional information pertaining to the detention system and the sizing of the additional pipe has
been provided to Blaine Chesterfield, Storm Water Engineer for review and approval. Blaine will
provide any additional comments to you by October 3, 2007.
Please provide additional information, corrections or clarification for the following:
1.The proposed additional section of storm detention pipe has been shown to be located within the City right-
th
of-way (75 Pl W). The storm detention system shall be located on private property. City records indicate
the 10 area beyond the west property line, as shown with a dashed line on the civils, was dedicated to the
City. Please revise the location of the proposed additional storm detention pipe to be on private property.
2.Please confirm with Blaine Chesterfield chesterfield@ci.edmonds.wa.us if one or two access manholes will
be required with the new 60 diameter detention pipe. Cleanouts are not sufficient as they do not allow for
proper maintenance of the storm system.
