Project: Storage room remodel in daycare

During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide 3 copies of the requested information to Marie
Harrison, Permit Coordinator.
1. The State license information for this daycare facility notes the ages of the children from 12 months to 5
years. In order for us to determine the appropriate building code occupancy for the daycare, please
provide a Ietter {on church letterhead) stating how many children will be 2 %2 years of age or younger. If
there will be five or fewer children in this age group, the occupancy will remain Group E. If there will
be more than 5, the occupancy will be an I4, which will require a Change of Use permit and building
code upgrades. Please contact me if you have questions.
