During re -review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) Reduced site plan must be scaled no smaller than I "=20' and on legal size paper (& %"x I4')
or smaller. New reduced site plan is -scaled l "=30: Please provide new reduced site plan. On
the site plan specify type of 20' easement along the South property line. This easement also
extends down through the access and utility easement. Please clearly show all easements.
