During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) Provide stamped and signed calculations and details for both the concrete and keystone block
retaining walls.
2) Clarify elevation of the driveway to show that a surcharge is not being placed on the keystone
block walls along the driveway. If a surcharge is being place on the wall please have
Engineering account for this in the calculations.
