During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.Please provide grading calculations on the grading plan for both cut and fill quantities.
2.Detail 14/Sheet 7 requires the contractor to fill asphalt around the hydrant. At a minimum, 18” clearance
shall be maintained from the center of the hydrant port to finished grade. Please add this dimension to the
detail.
3.Show line type for temporary chainlink fence on Sheet 2. Also show additional fencing where required to
keep pedestrians from entering the construction site.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
