During re -review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Provide written responses to each continent and where changes can be
found on the plans. Submit revised plans/documents to Theresa Umbaugh, Permit Coordinator.
1. On plan sheets A0, A2, and A3 resubmitted March 6, 2007, approximately 6" of the plans closest to the
stapled edge is blank — appears to be an error when plans were printed/copied. Please submit 2 sets of
these sheets as soon as possible to avoid delays.
2. Submit written contractor's bid for all work.
