During re -review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) 3/29107 Please clearly distinguish between the property lines, easement lines, setback lines
etc. Also, show the road, datum point used for height calculations and un -cloud the changes
to make the site plan more clear. If all the information can not fit on one sheet the notes can
be placed on a second page. Please see enclosed sample site plan for minimum submittal
requirements for site plans. Please add all applicable information to plans (i.e. topography,
property dimensions, setbacks, top of slope, topography, easements, etc.). See also enclosed
copy of approved site plan from original house permit. Please clearly show 10' sewer easement
and note no structures are permitted within this easement.
