In regards to the property located at 7415 179a' Street S.W. which is owned by Mark and
Heiaina Schlieps.
I Kurt M. Muller give my permission to Mark Schlieps to remove a portion of dirt
running along the property line, to facilitate the temporary shoring of earth during the
construction of the foundation. I understand that the excavation will remove about a two
foot wide by 20', 30' foot length approximately 1-11/2 feet deep and contoured at a 45
degree angle towards foundation and will be returned to original grade.
