During review of the revised plans/documents for the above noted project, it was found that the following
information, clarifications or changes are still needed.
1. Special Inspection Reports for North Stair: Per your letter dated 4126107 no special inspections were
conducted for the North Stair except by Geo Group (for depth of piers and soil bearing verification).
Since no special inspections were done for placement of reinforcing steel, field welding for alterations
made to the stair to meet code, and epoxy anchor installation, the Structural Engineer of record must
provide a letter addressing these outstanding special inspections, and confirming that the entire stair
structure was constructed per the approved plans.
