Project: Deck Replacement
Project Address: 710 Brookmere Drive
During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) Please add the following information to the site plan. Please redline plans or resubmit three (3)
new site plans scaled no smaller than 1"=20' and one on paper no larger than 8 %" x 14".
■ Please specify scale on the site plan (no smaller than 1"=20').
• Show North arrow
• Please clearly label existing deck as being replaced/re-built.
• Show proposed stairs on the site plan.
2) On the stair section detail add all applicable information (i.e. rise, run, handrail, guardrail, etc.)
3) Minimum slope is 1/4" per 1'. Please revise plans.
4) Plans do not reflect engineering. Please provide complete framing/foundation/section details for
construction of deck incorporating Engineer of Records requirements. Cross off or remove all
other information that does not apply to this project.
5) Provide column -to -footing and column -to -beam connection details. Notes in Engineering
calculations state per manufacture. These connections are non -conventional and are required to
be shown on the drawings. Please provide.
