Upon reviewing said calculations, I noticed several errors with the 4 datum points, particularly the inconsistency between the elevations shown on the plan section of the site plan and the table referred to as "Height Calculation". I chose to overlay the "as -built" house envelope on the original topographic survey and re -interpolate said datum points as shown on attached sketch. Please note datum point "D" on the approved site plan does not take into consideration the 130 foot contour line just west of said point. As a result, I calculated the maximum allowable height to be elevation 152.68 as apposed to elevation 151.75 that was shown on the original approved site plan. Please note we shot the actual elevation to be 152.65. It is my opinion that the height of the house reference hereon conforms to'City of Edmonds height restrictions.
