Project Address: 505 5`" Ave S.
During re -review of the revisions for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please submit written responses to the comments below, including
where changes can be found on the plans, and 2 sets of revised plans/documents (3 copies of site plan,
including reduced copy) to Marie Harrison, Permit Coordinator.
1. Still need revised elevation views (Sheets A5.00 and A5.01) showing all proposed changes such as bike
rack/PUD area, fences, guardrail changes, etc.
2. Still need accurate revised site plan of all changes.
3. With regards to removal of the guardrails at the sidewalk area, the Engineering Division will review the
protection of fall from the City right of way.
4. On Sheet A2.10 there is a door/gate shown near the air intake. What use of space does it lead to?
Clarify plans.
