Provide written responses to each comment and where changes can be found on the plans. Please submit revised plans/documents to Theresa Umbaugh, Permit Coordinator. 1. Revise plans to show minimum submittal information in enclosed City Handout. Resubmit 2 sets of plans to the Permit Coordinator. 2. The proposed water heater is located next to the proposed ice maker in a required exit path. Provide an enlarged dimensioned plan of this area to clearly show that they will not obstruct the minimum required 44" exit path of travel. 3. Clearly show which fixtures will drain into the grease trap. 4. Previously, plumbing was done in the restrooms without permit. This plumbing must be included in this submittal and meet current code. 5. If the water pressure exceeds 80 psi, a pressure reduction valve is required as well as an expansion tank at the water heater. Including gas hot water tank replacement, water service line repair or replacement, propane tanks, and to install or alter gas piping. Cross connection devices are required on all direct connections to the potable water system_ Specify all fixtures that require cross connection devices (i -e., ice machines, soap ejection systems, beverage dispensers, boilers, etc.) and note the make and model of each device. 4. Indicate the location and cross connection device for premise isolation 5. Manufacturer's specifications for equipment such as sump pumps, ejector pumps, water heater boosters, etc. 6. Gas piping layout, sizing and pipe material, pipe sizing calculations, maximum design operating pressure and location of pressure regulators 7.
