I have yet to receive any information in writing confirming that the windows are compliant. If you feel that the windows are not compliant, please submit a reasonable window replacement and installation schedule (in writing to Building Official Ann Bullis) within the next two weeks for consideration that describes when you expect to have the windows replaced. We’re happy to work with you to find a reasonable schedule for bringing the building into compliance. If you feel that the windows are indeed compliant, please submit a revised site plan as well as elevation views illustrating the garden windows to Senior Permit Coordinator Theresa Umbaugh for review.
