Don has completed his review. He said that the calculations looked fine. He would like you to
show the rim, invert elevations on the section and profile details.
So... to summarize all the remaining comments;
1) Show water and sewer on the site plan.
2) Add note to drainage plan regarding separation between sewer, water, storm.
3) Move drainage line to exit from Launceford property, add catch basin (with rim/invert
elev.) in right of way and connect to existing catch basin
---OR--- obtain easement from neighboring property to place line across their property.
4) Show rim, invert elevations on infiltration system section and profile, sheet C3.1.
