The resubmittal for the subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the
following items have been addressed/corrected.
Please provide a written response to each item and resubmit 3 sets of revised drawings to Theresa
Umbaugh, Permit Coordinator.
The comments provided below were also provided under review of the DCDA revision submitted under permit
#bld20060845.
1.SHEET C3 - The size of the DCDA has not been revised as previously requested. Please refer to detail
E7.8, shown on sheet C4, for the correct orientation of the DCDA in the vault. Either the vault or the
DCDA will need to be rotated 90 degrees. Rotating the DCDA will require additional bends in the fire line
and could affect fire flows. Flow calcs will need to be revised accordingly.
2.Please revise the fire line layout to show the FDC connection to the supply line downstream of the PIV.
