During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the items below to a
Permit Coordinator.
1) Please add all room uses to the floor plan (i.e. storage, shop, etc. Also, specify if space will be
heated or unheated.
2) Provide typical wall section for interior non-bearing walls.
3) Specify minimum 50 cfirn bath fan.
4) If I remember correctly the bathroom floor was framed up. If this is the case please provide floor
framing plan. If not please specify concrete slab throughout.
